Pèlerinage Militaire International à Lourdes

In 1958, French soldiers invited their former German opponents to gather with them in Lourdes to pray together and to pray with their families for peace in the world. Since then, the annual gathering in Lourdes has grown to involve military personnel from 31 different countries. This year's pilgrimage (2008) promises to be a memorable and historic occasion.
